From everything I have looked at online it looks like a 19th C Antique Shaker Arm Chair, Rush Seat, ladder-back, mushrm finials. Pretty good condition. It must be fairly rare because I looked at thousands of images of all types and categories of chairs and only found 1 indentical but it had no real information on it. I found similar styles
